Useful answers
Frequently asked
How do I choose my Zasso size?
Measure your chest or bust, waist, and hip; compare them with the general size guide; then use the product's garment measurements and fit note before selecting a size.
Where can I find item details?
Each product page provides its available sizing, materials, fit and care details to help you choose.
How should I care for clothing and wearables?
Always follow the product care label. In general, wash with similar colours, avoid bleach, reshape while damp, and dry in shade unless the label says otherwise.
Where does Zasso deliver?
The current checkout is configured for serviceable Indian PIN codes. Availability and delivery options are confirmed from the destination during checkout.
Can I return a delivered item?
Eligible unworn, unwashed, unaltered pieces with original labels may be requested for return within 14 days of recorded delivery, subject to the published exclusions.
How long does a refund take?
Provider processing begins only after a return is received where required, inspected, approved, and accepted for settlement. The order view keeps these states separate.
