Clear terms for using Zasso
Terms of service
These terms govern access to Zasso Fashions digital services and, when live purchasing is available, orders placed through the storefront.
- Effective
- Version
- 2026-08-21
- Applies to
- Website, mobile, accounts, and connected services
1. Agreement and service operator
By accessing or using a Zasso Fashions website, app, account, or shopping service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. “Zasso”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the seller or service operator identified at checkout, on the product listing, or in your order confirmation.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or place an order. Browsing the public catalogue does not itself create a purchase contract.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to create an account or place an order. A minor may use the service only through a parent or lawful guardian.
Provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. Google sign-in is an authentication option; using it does not give Google administrator access to Zasso. Zasso may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, or investigate fraud or abuse.
3. Preview and sandbox features
A feature clearly marked preview, demonstration, coming soon, or sandbox is provided for evaluation and may be incomplete. A sandbox payment or test order does not charge real funds, reserve inventory, create a binding retail order, or promise fulfilment. Live commerce applies only when the checkout clearly presents a real payment method, final payable amount, seller details, and order-confirmation process.
4. Products, images, sizing, and natural variation
We aim to describe composition, weave, colour, fit, measurements, care, price, and availability accurately. Product-specific information shown on the product page takes priority over general editorial or guide content.
Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Linen, cotton, and other natural fibres may show slubs, tonal variation, texture, softening, and creasing; these can be inherent characteristics rather than defects. Sizing guidance is informative and does not guarantee a particular fit.
5. Prices, taxes, and promotions
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable regional store. The final price, taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and order total are recalculated and shown before you place an order. Your payment provider may separately charge currency-conversion or banking fees.
Promotion codes, loyalty benefits, gift cards, and store credits are subject to the stated eligibility, expiry, usage limits, exclusions, and combination rules. Zasso may correct an obvious pricing or promotion error before accepting an order and will provide a refund if payment was captured for an order we cannot accept.
6. Orders and acceptance
Adding a product to a bag does not reserve it. Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed only when Zasso sends an order confirmation after authoritative inventory, payment, address, serviceability, and fraud checks succeed.
We may decline or cancel before acceptance for unavailable inventory, failed payment, unsupported delivery, a material listing or pricing error, quantity limits, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after collecting funds, we will initiate the applicable refund.
7. Payment
Payments are handled by the payment option selected at checkout and may be subject to that provider’s terms. You authorise the amount shown at final review. Do not send payment credentials to Zasso through email, chat, a return form, or customer service. A payment shown as pending is not treated as settled until the provider confirms it.
8. Delivery and risk
Available methods, charges, destination eligibility, and estimated timeframes are shown before order placement. Estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Keep the delivery address and contact details accurate and review tracking promptly.
Please contact client service if a parcel is delayed, visibly damaged, or marked delivered but not received. Responsibility for loss or damage transfers only as provided by applicable consumer law and the delivery terms shown for the order.
9. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Online cancellation is available only while an order remains eligible before fulfilment. Eligible garments may be requested for return within 14 days of recorded delivery, unless a longer period or a lawful product-specific exclusion is displayed before purchase. Returned pieces must meet the published Returns Policy.
Refund amount, method, deductions, and timing follow the Refund Policy and the historical order record. A return request, inspection approval, refund initiation, and provider settlement are separate events. These policies do not reduce remedies for goods that are defective, deficient, spurious, materially different from their description, or delivered contrary to rights protected by applicable law.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access, test vulnerabilities without written permission, bypass security, or introduce malicious code;
- use bots or automation to disrupt availability, defeat purchase limits, scrape protected information, or burden the service;
- impersonate another person, use stolen payment details, submit false return evidence, or misuse promotions;
- upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; or
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its content except where law or written permission allows it.
11. Intellectual property and submitted content
Zasso’s brand, product imagery, copy, designs, software, and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the storefront only for personal, non-commercial shopping and service purposes.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Zasso a limited permission to store, review, and use it only to deliver the requested service, investigate a claim, comply with law, or publish it where you separately agree. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
12. Third-party services and links
Authentication, payment, delivery, maps, social platforms, and other external services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Zasso is responsible for its own obligations but does not control an independent third party’s service. A link does not imply endorsement, and you should review external terms before use.
13. Availability and service changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend, or withdraw a non-purchased digital feature. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will use reasonable care in operating customer-facing services. This does not affect an accepted order or a mandatory consumer remedy.
14. Responsibility and limits
Each party remains responsible for loss it causes as provided by applicable law. To the extent the law permits, Zasso is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not caused by our breach, or for loss caused solely by your misuse, an unauthorised third party, or an event outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, a product-liability obligation, or any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Complaints, governing law, and disputes
Contact client service first so we can investigate a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute may be brought before a court, consumer commission, regulator, or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here prevents a consumer from using a statutory complaint or redress process available to them.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for future use of the service. The terms accepted for an order remain part of that order and will not be changed retroactively. The current version and effective date appear at the top of this page.
For a question about these Terms or a legal notice, use the Contact page and choose “Terms or legal notice”. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, or payment credentials.
