Delivery availability and estimates are confirmed from the destination and selected service during checkout.
Service area
The current experience is configured for eligible Indian PIN codes. Unsupported destinations are rejected before payment.
Estimates
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days and express at 1–2 business days where available. Estimates are not guarantees and begin after dispatch.
Charges
Standard delivery may carry a ₹199 charge below the displayed complimentary-delivery threshold. Express delivery is shown before order review.
Tracking and exceptions
Tracking is attached after carrier hand-off. Contact client service if a parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but missing.
